Poor job due to applying an acrylic seal to fix a rocking toilet instead of the stronger silicone seal.
The worst experience I've had with a company. Also, coughed up 75.00 for them coming out. NO work was done. In fact, no one came in or rang the doorbell. Still was charged, because they came out. RIP OFF!!! BEWARE!!!

I scheduled appointment for them in advance, took the day off work & they called me that day to cancel as they had never ordered the part. Also, office staff rude.
I own a preschool and have used Strait Plumbing several times since we have been in our new building. They are always on time, polite, and great at explaining exactly what the problem was and how they fixed it.
Today, 10-14-2017 Saturday I had no water for a week , Strait Plumbing came out and I knew plumbers were expensive , this gentleman was a delight , respectful, thourough as the initial leak lead to another leak and another, Honest and knew his stuff will need a whole replacement but i know it will be done professionally
