Natalie has always been so great and friendly to setting us up with some of their great and friendly employees. TJ, his partner, Lucas and William have all came out to do work on the remodeling of our home. They knew what they were doing and what I loved the most about them is that they cleaned up their mess and made double sure everything worked for us before they left. Lucas and William also came out to our rental house and our tenant Pat, equally was happy with their work as well. I would definitely recommend Chad's to anyone that needed a plumber.
I bought a house and had Chads water works out to replace faucets etc. They are a 10 star in my book. They are at the house when they say they will be there. They clean up after their work. Very knowledgeable employees. I had to have them come out in 3 different stages at which point each crew that came were very nice to me, clean I might add. Way to go Chad. I will be referring you to anybody and everybody!!
TJ & Rickie did a GREAT job on installing my water heater in the confined and tight space in the attic area. They worked hard and accomplished the difficult project in a very reasonable time. Just glad it wasn't middle of summer where the heat would have been unbearable. I would highly recommend Chad's Water Works and Plumbing for your water heater replacement needs.
