They were great!!!! The best plumbing service I ever used.
Leak in bathroom First repair lasted a few months Paid in full. 2nd trip Paid again since their warranty is only 30 days. 31 days later a 3rd trip is needed as the bathroom is flooded again and now a day out of warranty. Then tried to pass the blame on the home owner saying the it must be the pipes faults and they can see though cement that it a new leak that wasn't there before . If you can't do the repair right the first time. And it still fails on the 2nd visit. A 3rd visit is just good customer service to fix . Not to just to show up and tell the customer it is leaking at the same location and good luck on getting it repaired. What a waste of time and money. It appears that the leak wasn't fix on the first or 2nd visit as water would just come back up though the new cement each time. There a lot of better plumbers out there who guarantee their work .
They do good work
Have used this company any number of times and always, always was happy with their work, their service men, and their quickness in getting to the job and getting it done well. This will always be my go-to plumber.
