I have used several plumbers during my adult life, in different parts of the country, but I must say that Johnson Brothers Plumbing has far exceeded my expectations for plumbing experiences.
The tech was extremely nice and professional.
Johnson Brothers has been to our home several times. First time when we had a leak and found out it was in the wall. They were able to fix it and stopped the leak. The 2nd time we remodeled and they helped us create a new bathroom and had to run a line to our septic system. For every time the inspectors came their work was per code and no problems. The other thing they helped us with was to put a filter on our reserve from our well. At all times their staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. I keep their number in my phone .... just in case!
I would highly recommend Johnson Brothers Plumbing to anyone who wants to say that their respective project was a "job well done".
Their employees are extremely professional, courteous and thorough, and they always have performed quality workmanship while helping me with my home plumbing needs.
I purchased a water purification system through them..$3500.00..When they first set up equipment they told me it was a clorination system come to find out it was just a water softener that clorifies itself for cleaning...i complained and they did come out and install a new system and try to make it right...but the service tech that services the system DOES NOT know how to do that properly ...every time he came out he had to call the manufacturer to find out how to set the system properly...they charged me monthly for service fees even though the tech DID NOT show up...I kept try I g to set up appointments and every month it was VERY difficult..i do have a busy schedule but was open I even took 2 separate days OFF to accommodate them to have the tech cancel at the last minuite...I called back to reschedule and they informed me that they were no longer going to service the equipment and that I no longer had a warranty due to not being able to maintain the equipment...i have made myself available..i do not have a gate or anything that would stop or prevent them from being able to service the equipment...I would not recommend them ..At first they are very nice and then once you are established the service is less than..communication is not where it should be for a business of this type...please read reviews before getting into a long term relationship with this company..I have had this equipment for a less than a year and now they will not uphold the warranty promised or service agreement...I have tried beyond what one should to be a good client but this company makes it very difficult...I was always on time and paid a few times in advance for my monthly services...that were 130.00 monthly..please do your research!!!!
I am a financial advisor and I have been in this business for almost thirty years and dealing with a lot business people over those years but I don't think that I have found any business that has made me feel like I was important to them as if I were family instead just another ticket. They were very professional, polite and very respectful of my time and home. This company really does things the right way for the benefit of their client base. I will be referring them to all my clients.
They are not an extremely large organization, but they only hire very exceptional performers who take much pride in doing quality work. This aspect was recently reflected by one of their skilled professionals (John), who successfully completed a task for me.
