We had an appointment window from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. We got a call around 4:00 pm from the secretary and she told us saying the plumber was on his way.The plumber had to stop by the business to pick up some tools. I thought that was strange that a plumber didn't carry the proper tools with him on the work truck. We were having some shut off valves replaced. What kind of tools do you need for that job? My wife called back at 5:00 pm and the secretary told us another story. The plumber was tied up on a job. She wanted to argue with my wife. We just canceled the job. We wasted our whole day waiting for the imaginary plummer.
