My now husband and I purchased a wedding ring in June of 2016, original price $8899. the manger the manager Mr. Sands aid that NEIL LANE (the ring designer) was discontinuing the design so he dould sell it half price. Oh and by the guarantee so if you lose any stones they will be replaced, just bring the ring in every 6 month to be checked out no cleaned. In December 2016 my finger started breaking out under the ring, long story short it's fake! They want me to send it off every six months for 2 weeks and have it re dipped in fake silver! Or trade up and pay 50% for something else. I will continue to keep everyone posted on how they resolve this. As of now I'm 2 weeks in to no names with the help of the BBB. BEWARE!!!
