Have tried calling the Ocala store for 2 days and no one answers the phone....very poor business.
KAY'S DIAMOND IS NOT FOREVER. The staff in this store all care about your $$$. My wife's lost diamond in her engagement ring is still not replaced way pass the 2-month promised date. They still have the ring without the stone, and I have no idea if they would ever return it, and if they do, I assume it's of less value. Cheapest diamond store. Don't buy from Kay's.
Every time I step in this store I feel rushed, and end up feeling unimportant because I'm not spending a few grand. Instead of being helpful and offer suggestions, I just feel Like an inconvenience. Mean while the ladies over at Zales were very nice and helpful even though they knew I wasn't spending a dime. I think from now on I will drive the distance to avoid ocalas Kay's! Learn some customer service and treat people like people, not a dollar sign
Sales lady interjected while dealing with a different associate to provide nothing more then to show her rude lack of knowledge pertaining to the nickel content of the Bulova watch I was interested in. When you make a judgement call on a person based on perception causing an unprofessional interaction you fail to profit for your company. You should not be in sales especially with high end merchandise with this lack of professionalism.
I purchase a necklace for a frienday. When I first got itthe stones were backwards, I brought it in and the lady took it to the back 5 minutes later she comes out and says all fixed, she put it back in the box and I give it back to my friend she takes it out of the box and the stones have turned again. I take it back to kays a man this time says we had done something to it I explained it has been 2 months about ND no one has even taken it out of the box except an employee here. I ask to exchange it and he tells me cause it's engraved I can't and says it's fixed again. I give it back to my best friend and she wears it for a month , now the clasps won't stay shut on it I take it back to kays for a third time and they tell me it's going to be 35 dollars to replace the clasp. I will never buy another piece of jewelry from them again, cheap material and bad service.
