employees have no sense of customer service and don't know how to answer a question. all staff were unprofessional and lazy.
Great place helped me out when i was in a jam, these people are dope! Didn't have to sell my ps3 like, came back and got it. Great place, cool people. And mainly they treat you like a person, not a dollar sign or a crackhead.
Wonderful customer service, very respectful when respect is given. Answered my 100 questions about firearms, and spent almost an hour looking and explaining everything to me. Wonderful products! Left with a TV, table saw, and even a new firearm they special ordered for me. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Had the table saw and TV for about 3 weeks and works great!
Customer service here is trash, I recommend you never step foot in this place. Rude manager and rude employees 1 star doesn't do this rating justice.
Came in for a free drill on letgo. And left with the drill, a tcl tv, and couple controllers for my PS4. These guys are great, and had no problem testing everything out before I left. Great price and such an amazing deal I couldn’t resist. One of the guys even helped me load up my TV. Looking forward to getting my Christmas shopping done here.
