Terrible customer service. I dropped a ring off on a Saturday based on their "most repairs while you wait" policy. The clerk told me that it couldn't be done while I wait because the "2nd jeweler was not in", but it could be done by 5pm the next day(Sunday.) When I called at 2:30 Sunday to check on the ring, the "manager" Jim was very rude over the phone and told me that I should have referred to my pickup ticket to see that it says 5pm Monday. He proceeded to argue with me, despite me telling him that I would not have even left the ring if it couldn't be done by the time quoted. His reply was "well you can always come get the ring."
Took 3 rings in to get sized , 1 was fine , 2 others did not fit n one of them was cracked n out of round ! On return he offered to fix crack or see me in court but would not refund any money at all !
Jim and his staff where amazing!!!! Extremely fair on pricing compared to all the other jewelry repair places in town, and Extremely quick service I had my merchandise back in just 2 days versus the 2 weeks when I took it other places. I've taken other items there and had it back within 2 hrs..... I would trust him with all my families jewelry!!!!!
Took my Luminox watch in for a new battery. The watch has a 200m water resistance. Two days after replacing the battery, the watch filled with water and it is now ruined. I will not do business with express ever again.
Regardless of the ticket, you should never argue with a customer. Terrible management.
Great work at a great price, and they do it while you wait.
After review of my ticket, it didn't have any pick up time on it.
