rent every thing from box trucks,vans,trucks and cars from SAM all the time. awesome to deal with.
Overall terrible experience, our flight was an hour late. Location gave away our car and only had one other comparable vehicle, which they tried to give to us. It has a broken skid plate. Had to wait an hour to begin with for the only one employee working, then after refusing this vehicle they made us "upgrade" for more money. After leaving the rental location, we realized once turning on the a/c that the vehicle has been smoked in several times. We were forced to make our under two year old ride in this car as we were already behind and going to miss parts of our trip. The only thing hertz would offer was to exchange it out at the nearest location an hour from Disney. Upon arriving to return the car, we had to wait an hour and a half to speak to a rep again as they only had one person working on a Saturday. At one point there was 10 parties waiting in line. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Never had this many issues with Budget!
Didn't have a drop box and attempted to charge me extra after dropping off the car early without the keys. Had to drive another 45 minutes out of my way to return the keys during their business hours.
The agents are very helpful, concerned with getting us the best rate and seemingly want to make certain we are happy with the rental. We use them for all of our trips rather than putting heavy miles on our personal vehicle and will continue to use Hertz. Adam really is exemplary!
I've been renting from this Hertz location once or twice a month. The employees have always been courteous and very helpful. Love them all there. This has been for the last 3 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
if some one had a problem it is because they do not meet hertz standards.
