The trut was the other MAN call to the Ocala Airport (Budget) And for that razón they do not have a car for me. People Be carefull, if You have business, the people put You business Up or down. You never know Who are Front You face. Be nice with the people.I have my business too. Thank You Budget
Was looking to add a secondary driver; called the 800# and was told to go to the closest location (this one). Walked in (nobody in lobby) was told by the man there to wait (at least 5 mins). Within two minutes; he told us there was nothing he could do. Something about us having corporate rate? He told us they “might” be able to help us at the Gainesville location (an hour away). Called the 800# again, they were baffled as to why he couldn’t add a secondary driver. After driving the additional hour; it took the young lady at the Gainesville Airport no more than three minutes to have our secondary driver on our rental agreement and she even apologized for his (Ocala) incompetence. Save the hassle, skip Ocala.

worst service ever, i paid for a specific car and was given a smaller cheaper car and no i did not get my money back. definitely do not recommend!!!
They did not have the small truck I had ordered. I had to drive a large one. Good thing I knew how. Some equipment, including one front light, did not work. Rain poured in a gap at the top of the driver's side door and soaked my left side completely.
