This is a 5 star auto repair facility. They are very honest and knowledgeable. Not to mention quick at getting your vehicle fixed and back to you same day most of the time.
Martins is the place to go for great service. The work is outstanding, priced very reasonable and the staff is the best. I highly recommend.
I am brand new to the Ocala area, and did not know where to turn for a trustworthy garage. Walked into Martins and instantly felt welcome! The staff is awesome and I was greeted instantly! I expressed my concerns with my car troubles, and that I had countless trips into other garages in the area with no luck having the issue fixed. I expressed my reluctance to trust another garage again, since I just had 2 others that were unable to help fix the problem. Martins was able to get my car in the same day AND find the problem!!! Their technician was knowledgeable and helped to express in terms that I actually understood! Rates were so reasonable and I am happy to say the noise is gone, and has been gone now for almost 3 weeks!
Bought a car from them in 2008 came back in 2018 and he, Wilton) remembered me! They don't dicker around on the prices and there right on the Bluebook Value price. If you don't see it there they can probably find it for you very quickly. They've been tbere over 33 years, are a close Christian family, and I trust him with my life!
Nice, helpful. They didn't talk over me, assuming I'm a dumb girl. They were reasonably priced, I'll return when I need other work. Glad my AC works again, before the extreme heat of summer.
