They sold my wife a piece of trash car. . It had a recall but got it fixed. Now the oil drain plug the said they didnt know about it but was stripped. They put the wrong brake pads on the front of the car and never replaced the back ones. They said they didnt do that. Their cars may look nice. But wait and see whay happens a few days later. Nothong but problems. I Dont recommend them.

Purchased two cars from them over a three year period. No used car is perfect, I did have a couple minor issues with one of them. They did there best to fix the car at no cost to me. They don't sell cars with problems knowingly. I've known them for several years and do believe there the best bhph in town. If you're on a budget and need a cheap low mileage car, shop here. Treat them with respect and they will do the same. They also have some of the best buy here pay here loan rates I've seen. Good luck. I recommend this company.
Some years ago, I purchased a car from Mr. Russo. And, I paid cash. Unfortunately, the engine blew the following week. (There were no signs or symptoms. I'd even had my mechanic check it out before I bought it.) Here's the good news: Mr. Russo was not legally obligated to do ANYTHING for me, as the car was sold "As Is", and I paid cash. But, he did not hesitate to rebuild the motor for me. He did so without delay, and I had no more problems with the car. It was a great purchase! Hats off to the Russo family for standing behind their cars!
When u buy a car they swear that they'll fix it if anything goes wrong before it's paid off, after paying 9000 for a car that's only worth about 7 it completely stopped running 3 months later. I called to ask them for help and they told me "your on your own, I'm not paying for that". I was very disappointed with them, I went off the other reviews and actually thought they were reliable and would hold true to there word, they don't do any repairs on cars themselves anymore but they will lie and say they do.
