This business was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I've never had a good experience with car dealerships, always feel like you're being hustled for the sale but the genuinely friendly staff made us feel comfortable with making a huge decision. I traded in my car and it had seen better days but never once was I made to feel ashamed or we were less than worthy because we didn't drive up in a Bentley. Everyone was fantastic but who stood out was Anthony, he greeted us and never once did we feel pressured, he explained he was relatively new there but you would honestly never know if he didn't tell us. His genuinely friendly, non pushy greeting was what really got us in the door and ultimately taking home a car. Really great.
My son's car had taken a dump. I went to AutoMax to find something decent for him at a low cost. A Salesman by the name of Alan and his associate introduced me to a 93 Toyota pickup truck. This truck was well used but not abused and they offered me a very good price on it. Unfortunately it wasn't what my son wanted. But through it all they were friendly and professional.

It has a very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure, no stress experience. My salesman, Allen Price, listened to my requirements and showed me exact matches. He then worked with me to come up with a price that I was comfortable with and a deal was struck. No pain. I will never buy a used car from anybody but AutoMax.
