The ladies are nice but I felt rushed to choose a car and when I did, I aked when te oil was changed and she said if it needs I do it if not I won't. So I took it for an oil change that weekend and Valoline said the oil was sluge like so I fixed that, thus in the 60 days of driving the vehicle the transmission broke although there was a type of warranty, I paid $2500.00 to get it fixed and they were not really honorable. They would not even take some (I asked for $700.00)of the payment to help off set how much it really cost to repair it($3400.00), they just deferred it.(but they had money for multiple vacations within the month) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

THEY WONT HELP OR WORK WITH YOU. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND MAKE YOU PAY MORE THAN THE CARS WORTH BY 3x THE VALUE. THEY PICK THE CARS UP IF YOU ARE NOT PAID BY THAT NIGHT AND WILL CHARGE YOU OUTRAGEOUS FEES FOR THE REPO. AND IF YOU WANT TO ADD PARTS AND ASK FOR HELP THEY WONT AT ALL. I PUT OVER 500 AND MISSED A PAYMENT AND NOW I LOST THE CAR OVER 2,000 GONE

THEY RIP YOU OFF COMPLETELY
Coming from a current customer DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If you're already a customer don't make the mistake of forgetting to pay like I did. I missed a month and was approaching 2 months when they picked my car up, I HONESTLY forgot (totally my fault) I had death in the family back to back in 2 months ( I know, NO EXCUSE) I knew I was a week late (at least I thought). Long story short... they picked my car up from a family members house (address on file) and they said they only had one number on file. After realizing I'd completely forgot my concern immediately turned to the lack of communication. I went in ( 2 hours after realizing my car was GONE) handed them the money and extra money on top of what I owe for repo and they were so RUDE, UNSYMPATHETIC AND BASICALLY SHEWED ME AWAY!!! I looked over the paper work I had on file and they had several numbers to call and multiple address to contact me. They looked at me in discuss and said, IT'S ONLY COURTESY THAT WE CALL AT ALL. WE COULD HAVE PICKED UP THE CAR ONE DAY AFTER LATE PAYMENT IF WE WANTED TO. ok ok I calmly walked out in disbelief at how RUDE they were about the whole situation. Please don't get me wrong IT'S MY RESPONSIBILITY to pay my car payment and to remember NOT THEIRS. thank you.
