Sales staff was helpful to my mother and I, but when my out of state male relative (who would be paying for my car) called to ask a few questions they were very, very, very rude to him. It was so unlike what I had experienced that I just did not go back... maybe they prefer to sell to women?

In response to Lakeshia Murphy. What she is stating is 100% false. Also look at her reviews, she leaves nasty reviews at every place she goes to...car dealerships, restraunts, hardware stores. This is a pattern with her Her releative called here and was extremely rude to us. He wanted us to pay for a Carfax just for him when we already gave a copy to the buyer. We answered every question he asked and were polite and courteous. He was nasty and belligerent with us but we never were to him. We have never been rude to anyone. We are a Christian business that was voted the #1 place to buy a used car in Ocala. We have never had one complaint with the BBB and customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We have been in business for 44 years. You don't stay in business treating people the way she said she was treated. Unfortunately anyone can say anything about a business online, true or not. Ask people who have bought here and they will tell you what kind of business we are and how we treat every customer with the utmost respect and integrity.
