Whether it's by chance or trial and error everyone deserve fair treatment regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, national origin etc. However, there's be some corrupt minded individuals among us, a loophole depriving honest citizens from what their entitled to.
Waited 1 1/2 only to find that I didn't have the proper paperwork. There was a full waiting room and only one person assisting everyone, despite there being others in the office that were capable of helping. Wish there would have been a greeter/secretary to greet each person and check their documents and needs for service. No one in the office seemed to be in a hurry to help anyone. Poor attitudes throughout.
My husband and I went in to renew passport. The lady on the left as you walk in informed read the board. Every question I asked read the board.
Did not realize you have to mail in renewing passport. She was very rude.
