Oh, the problems with this location! First of all, it is NOT okay for any of your employees to EVER get on to a child! The women in window 6 yelled at my son because he was standing in a seat meanwhile three other children were doing the same thing! And I was the only one actually near my child Incase something were to happen! Second, the women in window 1 got extremely rude and accused me of just bringing in a child to get free food, all because I didn't have my son's BC or SS card with me. And the worse thing that I saw didn't even happen to me! A lady was actually accused by a nutritionist of not feeding her child! He yelled at her and told her she needed to start feeding her child. Then a bunch of employees stood out side his door laughing and making fun of the mom. Fast forward to an hour later, he actually had people stopping by his office and condoning the way he treated a mother! Absolutely ridiculous and EXTREMELY unprofessional!
Extremely incompetent staff. Would not let me schedule an appt for my daughter who is a minor.
This place needs a lot of work. The employees are very judgemental and do not take each person and baby as an individual. They are very text-book definition of everything they do. If you or your baby is slightly over or underweight, they will argue with you and tell you that you aren't doing something right. Trust your intuition and instincts, not these people.
Everytime I come in they are very rude. They need to fire them and replace them with people that care and can learn not to be rude to people. The main person is the women that sits at window 6
This place is made for the unemployed and poor. If you have any job or get child support they make it so hard to be seen. They want proof of everything or they charge you full price. Let's get real, i can yo to a REAL doctors office and be seen if I could pay full price .they make it so hard to get birth control . It's not even worth it. Or I suggest not telling them work or get child support . You'll be seen quicker. They are so backwards.
