Unacceptable 2-hour wait in the lobby and another 30 mins in the room for a 2-minute encounter. This is my 4th visit and never had an actual physical exam either.
Staff was excellent from front desk to the drs....but Ivy & Steve in physical therapy are the greatest.. Gonna miss u two!!!!
Had a appointment at 1pm ... It's 2:04 and still sitting in the lobby. What's the point of having an appointment time if the office is not going to honor them ? Well at 2:42 I was finally called back to a room.3:45 still waiting.Spoke with their nurse practitioner, now I have to wait to speak to a Dr.--- Was NOT seen by a Dr. FOR MY SOCIAL SECURITY appointment. And I finally was able to leave at 4:54 pm for my 1pm appointment !!
Everyone was pleasant and helpful and polite even tho I use a crutch to help me walk. ..they did not seem bothered by my slowness.
When I called and spoke with the office manager I was told that the new medical director would be starting tomorrow and to call my caseworker for SS to schedule another appointment, WTF ???
Waiting almost 4 hours while others go ahead of you doesn't really shout, "We care about our patients!" Would not recommend to a friend or even an enemy.
