The manager in Ocala (I believe his name was Eric) went above and beyond. My employer purchased boots for everyone last year on Black Friday and one of the employees had a pair of boots that came apart after less than a year. We could not locate receipt but the manager spent a half hour going through the computer trying to find the receipt for us. He was able to find them and the employee was able to return the boots. Excellent customer service!!

Great boots and service. It is one of the better places to shop at.
Shop elsewhere. Employees seem to need better training on where items are in store and being friendly towards their customers...could be a lot more helpful and knowledgeable. Several times...we went in for something in advertisement and got the ol' run around...passed on to either customer service for help on to a cashier who didn't know where items are either. Wasted our time and walked out buying nothing. Won't be returning. Maybe shopping online would be a better experience.
Only 1 cashier open. Checkout was very slow. Surpassed only by some of the customers' mental wherewithal ( /s) that unnecessarily complicated trivial purchases for the one lone cashier and thus slowed the checkout process to a glacial pace. Store was well stocked and spotless.
