Today topped the cake I purchased a special order door went to get it proceeded to the loading area and there was the guy i had to deal with last time ugh than loaderJeremiah came to assist he was great said how door should be loaded into my truck so him and my husband started to push the door off the cart and that man just let it fall to the ground he just stood there

Should expect no less of marion co i guess.

he said I didn't know what you were doing like really the boy Jeremiah said what they were going to do 2x

Ignorant employees.

Smh you all need to improve customer service experience real quick or the 30thousand I spent at your store will go to Lowe's..

I spend $$$$ of money at this location because of owning my own business.

The service person who sold us the washer and dryer was great. Helpful, fast, efficient. Then delivery service happens... we were told that the delivery person was going to call us the night before to let us know at what time they were going to deliver our merchandise. No such phone call was ever made. next morning at 8:30 am we called asking for the delivery window in which at that point we were told 5:30 pm. 5:30 pm came and went and still no phone call and no delivery in which that case another phone call was placed by us to confirm they would still show up since it was on a Saturday. With this new phone call we were told that our actual window was from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm therefore they were still within the delivery window. I was also told they would call 15 minutes before delivery to let us know before they head to our home. by 7:50 pm we had not received such phone call therefore we called again in which they told us this time around that if by 9:00 pm they haven't delivered, I should call them again. Called we did at 9:00 pm in which at this point we were told that they were going to be a no show. Fast forward to Monday morning, I received an apologetic phone call stating they would find out what happened on Saturday. Next phone call we received was a not so friendly one accusing us of not answering our phones, not having enough storage in our voicemail, and not being home to deliver. If you ask me, Home Depot's delivery guys were negligent in making the initial phone call and then they got tired and decided to leave without making the delivery. It is outrageous that one rearranges an entire Saturday due to a delivery without an original phone call to let us know a delivery window, outrageous that the delivery was never made after several phone calls from our part making sure it was happening and reassured it would, but even more outrageous is Home Depot's mistreatment towards us after the fact. If I were you, I would go across the street to Lowe's as they would do a match price and their delivery and treatment is way better as I have had them deliver to me before. Time is too precious to waste it in incompetence.

Costumer Service is horrible. I've been trying to purchase a ladder that is on sale. I was told by there staff I could order it over the phone for pickup tomorrow since I can not make it today and there's only three in stock. I've been calling them back over and over for three hours now, the gentleman is supposedly out for lunch but he will call back. Finally i did get a hold of him (after his 3 hr lunch lol) and he states I need to call a different person then put me on hold, I've been on hold for 20 minutes. I don't think I'll be getting this item because there is know body that will actually do there job or has time to. Thank you HD staff. Update: I finally got to someone that could/would help me, I do understand that you are busy but there should be extra staff during holiday sales. Having to call back numerous times and being told numerous different things is not a pleasant experience. Thank you for finally helping me, I am a small business owner and I do most of my jobs with your supply's.

The last two times I was there I had this guy don't know his name other than he's a short older man who don't want to do anything unless its with a fork truck and sitting on his butt.

I asked where something was and associate looked it up on phone and told me exactly where it was. Saved me from asking 3 or 4 people and not having a clue where it was. I was able to get what I needed quickly .

Than Jeremiah said we need 4 guys to load this dbl door with glass mind you so that guy disappears I go in and he's drinking water

Ignorant management.

I go back out at this time I'm extremely mad and said I'll help so a 50 yr old woman loaded her own door with her husband and the loader Jeremiah..

Had the staff move ladders off the isle to where they normally store lumber, yet didn't bother moving the sign.

Let me just say Customer service is horrible at this location.
