In the store to buy alliances. Long wait both times. Buying the dishwasher was excruciating. The associate was fairly new and had to continue search for help in writing up the order. Last night trying to buy a microwave. It took over an hour. One associate in the area even though a sales flyer was in effect. She kept having to go up front to the cashiers because no one up their could get product off the shelves. Even had to deliver product from the store room because the guys back there couldn't do it for some reason.
Over all pretty good store, sometimes you have to wait a while for help in departments, but when they get there they almost always know the answers.
Finding help: impossible. NEED MORE STAFF. When I asked cashier if she could find someone to help me, she was rude about it. She eventually tried to call someone to assist me but couldn't get an answer after several attempts. I left the store & went to Home Depot across the street instead. A little better. Seems like these stores are cutting down on staff support to give more money to stock holders at the expense of good customer service. Going back to mom & pop stores if there are any left.
Went in to buy a smoker / bbq grille. Waited 45 minutes for it to be pulled out from the back and the employees never came out. Went back two days later 30 minutes after they opened and the only regist open was all the way down in lumber. Obviously this location has no interest in selling anything. The location on east Silver Springs Boulevard is great. They need to show this location how to run a Lowe's store.
Horrible when it comes to sending your rebates. This isn't a store level problem this is a corporate problem it's been over 2 moths and still processing the rebate!!!
This store is in need of some serious sales and general associate training. It is perhaps the worse run Lowes I have encountered. I hate going every time.
