We had a very relaxed no pressure experience working with Scott. The price of our couch was fair and the delivery people were very nice and polite. The setup took only a few min. and it looks great. Thanks Scott and the delivery men. Great job!!

Wonderful experience! If you go to Rooms To Go asked for Marcia. I brought furniture back in February and phoned ahead to make sure that she was there. My Mom and I went back yesterday to buy another bedroom set and Mom found just what she wanted.

It was so great to see Marcia again. My 98 yr old Mom thought she was wonderful! Marcia is very personable and she is not pushy like some sales associates. She really cares about her customers. Tuesday only to be told that they could schedule a tech to come out in the next 10 days, This was totally unacceptable as were were sleeping on a new mattress on the floor. We called the store and advised our salesperson that the situation had to be corrected or they could pick up the furniture. We were called later in the day and were told that the store
It started out as a 1 but ended up as a 5 star! Everything was fine until the furniture was delivered from Jacksonville. All of the hardware to put the bed together was missing. The driver said we could either return it with him or they wold order the parts while still at our house and then a special field tech would come out the same day if we received the parts before noon or the next day (unless it was a Sunday - which it was). So they were supposed to come out Monday; we called customer service to see when we could expect the tech; customer service said they would check into it and call us right back. That didn't happen so we called
pass on to us (that a field tech would be out in 24 hours). If we had known what a nightmare was heading our way we would have taken "Option #1" and let them take it all back. It's a shame that the customer dis)service dept. is so lacking in it's basic understanding of what "customer service" means.
manager in Ocala, Greg Davis would be out the following day (his day off) to put the bed together. To everyone's dismay, the parts that were sent to us were still the wrong ones! After making several trips to to local hardware and lumber stores he was able to work his magic and finally get the bed together. What should taken an hour or so at the most, ended up taking 4-5 hours. Mr. Davis certainly went above and beyond the call of duty for a customer. It's a shame that the customer service dept. (wherever it's located) does not feel the same sense of commitment to
its customers. The truck drivers were give erroneous information to
know that when they say they will give you a four hour delivery window that that is a complete lie. it says they'll call the day before to tell you what there time is when i got that call it said 7am-10pm. i had to take and entire day off work when i thought i was just going to take a few hours off. asked for my delivery fee refunded and they said it's a third party delivery service. which made a lot of sense because they weren't professional at all. jeans and a dirty tshirt, not even a rooms to go polo or something. they cursed in front of me, the bad ones, not damn and the one kept singing aloud. they also went to wrong house first but i heard the big truck and went outside. the bed is great but after the shipping nightmare from start to finish i'll never shop here again. it's not worth it. i rather just pay a little more and get professional service. i guess you get what you pay for.
