I have nothing but great things to say about Kane's Furniture. The sales representative that helped me was so kind. She gave me space to look around without hovering and when I made my decision she helped me find the best deal possible. I was approved and purchased my furniture in such a timely manner. When my furniture was ready for pick up I was greeted at the 'pick up' area within minutes. All my furniture was checked before it was loaded. They made sure I looked at every inch of it before I left. Kane's is a wonderful business and I look forward to buying more furniture from them in the future!
My Sales Agent, Christina Dejesus is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Every time I go to Kanes, I ask for Christina, even if I'm there browsing, because I know she will assist me and guide me with the best purchase for me. I'm expecting my next purchase to be delivered tomorrow.
My parents were in the market for a new recliner and we began our search in The Villages and Orlando before discovering Kane's in Ocala. Kane's has a wonderful selection of contemporary, stylish, comfy furniture that we didn't see anywhere else. Plus the best prices. Furniture shopping can be exhausting but Adam, Oscar and the entire team made it a pleasant, smooth experience for us. We will definitely be visiting Kane's in Ocala first the next time we shop for furniture.
Worst customer service ever. I went into Kane’s on yesterday walked through the entire store no one said hello or even asked if we needed help. Finally went to the desk and asked for a representative. She finally came, but was acting like we were wasting her time. There was a glamourous fire place as well as a coffee table that we wanted to purchase. The rep didn’t tell us until we were leaving that it was on sale. We purchased a beautiful clock from there and I really wanted the other pieces to match, so my spouse asked if we could purchase purchase online or by phone, she stated yes we could.
I hesitate to even give them the one star b/c they don't even deserve that. I bought two armoires a few months ago from them - both had such major quality issues that they replaced both - twice. I figured I'd give them a pass when I needed a new desk and two new bistro tables - not only were they hours outside of their delivery window but then the desk was completely broken and the tables were the wrong ones. I called to speak to a manager who could care less about my business and proceeded to tell me it was fine with him if I requested a refund. Clearly Kane's isn't in the business with wanting to keep customers. Shop at your own risk!
We both Called today they said yes it is still on sale, sale ends today. I asked the price of two pieces just to verify the young lady said she didn’t know. Stated we need to come In and buy it. I informed her we were told that we could purchase online but it’s not onsale online, so can we order by phone she stated no. She will have someone call me back with prices. Long story short never got a call back with prices. My money must not be green enough for them, or color matters here. I have never had this issue In Georgia. This is not the first time I have experienced this in Ocala but no worries because I will not be buying anything from any Kanes ever again. Thanks for nothing
