Realizing it's not Swift. It's the over compensated non compassionate unprofessional people. They haven't in there mind that drivers are numbers because yes swift is a big training company but i bet you every dam dollar in my bank acct that IF AND ONLY IF SWIFT treated there lazy ass computer sitting employees the same way us (risking our lives to move your F###N trailers ) DRIVERS then maybe the can have some type of remorse for what we actually do on them dam highways and small ass streets.
Great place to work. You do your job, they take care of you. Last I heard, they shut off the driver facing cameras.
The terminal is kept clean, bathrooms and showers are also clean. Lots of trainees come out of this terminal, so the driver lounge gets crowded as the weekend approaches. The office staff is overworked but friendly and helpful.
Worst garbage represent this company in this terminal... Worked for this F...... people for a week... A very joke of human being is Diana Vega...i told her that i will update the adress in my driver license as soon i move to my new house....then the terminal's manager and she told me i was a homeless and "don't come here asking for a hotel room..." that was the difference to make a company good or bad... is not the name of the company...is the people who manage it... in this case Swift in Ocala,FL...is the worst in the planet...

One of the worst terminals. THEY HAVE ROACHES! There is no cable, toilet tissue is paper thin, and the seats are old with old throws on top. The shop is slow and the shop manager is rude but at least the front desk clerk was pleasant.
