Sorry for such late review. I used this service when unloading my household stuffs at my new apartment in Gainesville on August 22. The two young guys were very helpful and worked very hard. I really appreciated their help and I am really happy with their services. As I live on the third floor, the total unloading time was above what I have reserved and I was okay with that. The only issue is that they arrived late due to the bad traffic on Acher road, and the delay time was eventually counted as their work hours. I called the customer service and explained to them about this issue. They responded to me and addressed it very quickly, and I got my refund for the extra charge.
James and his team are amazing. They are also quick and efficient as well as polite. If you need someone to get the job done they are the guys to call. I love Skye Moving!
