Usually quiet. Certain staff members are polite while others are rude.
The facility is always clean and both washers and dryers work well. Also there are extra amenities for the customers
Great service at a awesome price. I am a fan of the drop off service, and it is right around the corner.

Very nice and clean, they have a kids table which was nice for my kids to use. The first time I came it was not as welcoming as the second time. The second time there was a older women who was on top of greeting all the customers as they came in. She saw that I had two little ones so she turned on the tv for them and put cartoons on for them. She was very sweet. As oppose to the first time a different women was working and there was no hello. I asked to use the restroom and she just handed me the keys. There was no communication. She seemed miserable. I just want to point out that great customer service is what keeps your customers coming back and really makes a difference.
