I went there today to pick up my jacket that I dropped off in April. The owner Rick informed me that he will be charging me an additional $20.00 fee because I didn't pick my jacket up in April, bringing my grand total to $30.00. I politely asked Rick if he could waive the twenty dollar fee, and that I was sorry that I didn't pick up my jacket in a timely fashion. He then goes on to tell me that he has to pay electricity, employees, and I must pay the twenty dollars for the storage fee! I said I understood that, and can you please waive the fee, he then said very arrogantly "well I could waive the fee..but i'm not" !! "It's business". I will never bring MY business to this dry cleaners EVER again!! So apparently.... I have until next month to pay the $30.00 if I don't pay my jacket will be "donated" so he claims! I feel like he is punishing me and trying to teach me my lesson & being extremely difficult, especially after I apologized twice! I called Ocala police Non-emergency because it did not state anything about a twenty dollar storage fee on my ticket that I received when I dropped off my jacket. Had I known maybe this story would have a different ending. Ocala police said that this is a civil matter and I need to take Rick to court if I wanted to proceed further. The world we live in is sad, nobody CARES!!!

They completely ruined one of my shirts; the beads had melted everywhere. What a loss! I was upset, but they were very nice about comping my dry cleaning. This morning I put on one of my freshly dry cleaned skirts, and found it was covered in lint! I should not have to clean something I just dry cleaned! I am afraid to look and see what they've done to the rest of my clothes. You could not pay me to come back here.
Priced well and always have my dry cleaning ready the next day by request . Very happy with there service.
