Charged almost $50 for 8 shirts. They told me it was more expensive because I left my shirts buttoned. It would of been nice to know that before and I would of unbuttoned them so it was not more "work" for them.
I am a local Pastor and I am very particular about the way my clothes fit. Due to this fact I have taken almost all of my clothes here to be fitted. I have yet to se any issues and my suits/shirts and pants have always come home in a timely manor clean starched and fit perfectly. I LOVE THIS PLACE p.s. Not bad prices either
DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER, I asked to hand wash a jacket with a value of 350.00 plus tax . I bought this jacket new about 3 weeks before I took it there . The jacket had blings on the back and a few on the front. The lady working on the front ensure me that nothing will happen to the jacket and that it was not the first time they do this type of work. When I received, half of the blings were missing and it is not a size Small any more. Some how the fabric expanded, the sleeves are too long and jacket is wide. Then the lady pull the little sign about no responsible for damage .... IRRESPONSIBLE, BAD JOB, WOW! This dry cleaner has a great location with POOR WORK OUTCOME
Do not take anything to this place. I took a leather jacket there for an alteration back in January, and I have not got back. Every time I go the lady who works there tells me that it will be done next week. It has been four months and I do not have my jacket, my next step will be to file a complain with the Marion County Sheriff Office because I suspect that somebody is trying to keep my jacket.
