Never on time for appointments, always running behind. Slow to return calls and set up details before and after surgeries.

Outpatient surgery went extremely well. Dr. Gupta is a caring compassionate doctor.

Arrived 8.30am for 845 appointment.. Roomed at 8:50am. Seen by Dr Gupta by 9:00. Calm sympathetic bedside manner. Injection given with good technique. Paid and out the door by 9:10.
