Today I had the experience of speaking to Pam, the office manager.
Was trying to understand what she said was a policy of the office regarding a letter of protection. Although the matter of payment is not an issue, it was rudely and bluntly stated that she is denying services and refusing to see me.
I gently asked if we could talk when she had more time, however she reiterated "we will not see you"

I sincerely hope that this review instead of inciting rage, maybe it forces one to reflect on their actions and attitudes and treat every person with dignity and respect.
I could not believe that she was so brash, inconsiderate, and rude with the manner in which she spoke AT me...
My account in good standing and had no reason to consider a negative review until today.

It saddens me to know that people lose themselves in themselves and forcibly abuse their "title" thinking it is acceptable to speak to someone with this air of arrogance.
At this point I could take the battery from Pam no longer.
Well Pam missed the art of communication and instead elected to stick with repeating the same phrase and not allow me to speak, or express myself, however made it very clear that she was calling after-hours and was "ready to go home" in such a way that I should feel privileged and grateful that she took the time to return my call.
My intention was to find out if my attorney agreed to sign a form she determines mandatory, although not required by law, the attorney that she referred to as some "little place in Hawai'i that does not know how we do business here in Ocala!", if it would be okay to honor the referral made by the chiropractor's office, but after hearing her repeat (at least) four times that they will not see me...
