Love everyone at this office, they are so great! Sometimes the wait times suck but always worth the wait. I would recommend them to anyone :-)
The Dr. is great. He is caring and thorough. His office is terrible. They delay and delay paperwork. My husband had one person hang up on him when in discussion with the insurance and the office. He was not being rude. It took 10 phone calls to get his surgery scheduled. He has a physically demanding job and it was very painful to do it. When asking about therapy after the surgery, the office staff would not cooperate giving him paperwork. It's been one long delay and screw up after another. I suggest when dealing with them to keep up until they follow through.
