I absolutely LOVE Dr. Joyce! He is very professional and answers all and any questions that I have. I also LOVE my dental hygienists Andrea & Veronica, they are the best! Andrea takes care of my pearly whites, she does an amazing job! And Veronica calms me down when I have to go for stuff other than cleanings. She is so patient... she really helps when I have to get Novocain.
I have gone through about 3 different Dentists in the last 2 years. The first one was all about the money and never took the time to explain anything. The other 2 just were not personable and were very cold. Dr. Joyce took the time to explain every procedure, why each procedure is necessary, and was very willing to answer every question I had. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly making me feel very comfortable. The level of professionalism I found here I is second to none and I feel very comfortable recommending him to anyone.
We have been searching for a great dentist that would allow parents go back with their kids. After much research I have found this isn't common. Most dentists will not allow parents to go back. Dr. Joyce welcomed us back with our 6 year old daughter. Julie, the dental hygienist was fantastic with our daughter, in taking x-rays and cleaning our daughters teeth. Jennifer, in the front office was incredibly helpful with getting insurance taken care of. They went out of their way to call us and let us know that a closer date had become available. A+++ all the way! This will now become our family dentist! Thank you so much Dr. Joyce, Julie, Jennifer and staff for making our daughters first to the dentist an awesome experience! It's hard to find such special dentists who make, not only the patients (child) comfortable, but the parents also! Wonderful experience!
