No respect for patients, even well-behaved and respectful kids. I'm now 19. My siblings and i have been patronizing here because it's the only dentistry practice in Ocala that accepts our insurance. Otherwise we'd be OUT. They have made mistakes with fillings, extractions, and anesthesia on members of my family; when my 15-year-old sister told them what they were doing still hurt, they insisted she was just being difficult until someone discovered they hadn't injected the anesthesia properly. AVOID.
