JoAnn and her team are the best!! My 4 dogs have been going to Doggie Bubbles for years. My pets are my children with fur. They have gained my trust and confidence over the years by consistently being kind, gentle and so loving to my dogs. I had a job opportunity that moved my family to Jacksonville earlier this year. I drive to Ocala to get the babies groomed because of JoAnn and her team. By the way they do such an amazing job on my dogs she makes them look like show dogs. Thanks Doggie Bubbles!
Really like the groomers here. A bit pricey. And did not finish my pup well enough. { TOOK ME TWO MINUTES) very friendly. But they accept cash only. No checks, no cards. Just cash.
Paying double the price I had paid in Michigan for extreme hours dogs kept there.
My special needs Boston Terrier goes to Doggie Bubbles twice a week for a bath as recommended by his vet. Joanne and her team take great care to give him the prescribed care and to ensure he stays stress-free. They listen well and go the extra mile with each visit. Thanks Joanne and team!
We are here at Ocala RV Resort & have a Bichon-Shih Tzu. I was very nervous about taking Finn to a new groomer but after meeting Joan & a few staff members was reassured Finn would be well taken care of. We were so pleased with his groom & could tell care was taken with him...since his coat is a combo of 2 breeds it can be difficult to groom! Will certainly go back & when we come to Ocala this is the only place we'll take Finn.
Poor hair cut after my dogs were there over 7 hours!
Poor communication on when dogs will be completed.
$120.00 way out of line for the service provided.
Always seem to be understaffed -as owner always communicates this!!!
Some employees discourteous if you can even get someone on the phone as calls go to voicemail with no return call
