The food was good and similar prices to other Chinese restaurants.
I would have given more stars but like many other people I had a bad experience with calling in an order. When I called I was asked to hold and I waited 10 minutes and no one came back to the phone. I hung up and tried to call back for 15 minutes and the line was busy.
I placed an order online. I also indicated and paid for delivery on my debit card. When I got the receipt it indicated that this was a pickup order. I called the establishment. The lady that answered ask me "do I want the order or not". I told her I would appreciate it if she was more professional and that I actually wanted a refund. She hung up. I called back to speak to her manager. Ssomeone else answered the phone, gave the phone to her and she hung up again. I should have paid attention to the review that said the customer service was awful. It is.
Dont be put off by waiting area..Closest to NYC Chinese in the area. The BEST! ( I consider myself a Chinese Food afecienado). Cash only. Great people. Been in Ocala over 25 years

Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I ordered here and my food was incorrect. I brought the food back and NOT ONLY DID THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. THEY ALSO REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY! They mocked and laughed at me when I asked for a refund. I was so nice and only asked them to replace my food and they refused saying “that is your food”. They were EXTREMELY RUDE! I left there with no food and my card charged! I will NEVER go here again and if you expect to be treated like a customer who paid for the right food you shouldn’t either!!!
I was ordering from here originally to pick up the food after I went to a nearby store so I gave up on calling and just stopped in to place my order. It's such a shame that they can't make an effort to have better phone etiquette.
