They always forget our sprite on delivery orders! If I'm paying for over priced soda I'd at least like it with my meal that already took 45 mins to get here. We even called right after we placed the order and asked them to please not forget the sprite. No silverware in the boxes and Maddie was a terrible manager. She didn't seem at all like she wanted to help when we called and had to tell them they once again that they forgot our sprite.
Always get my delivery to me in a timely manner and hardly have to call me for directions. I always order mine and my husbands lunch online because it is much quicker and I love watching the tracker guy lol.
The daytime manager is rude and threw my dough. I waited 10 minutes and had to yell back hello to see if anyone was there. I even placed my order for carryout on my phone while standing there. The manager left his cooler door propped open which means the dough had to be at unsafe temps. The acceptable range for TCS held cold foods is 32 to 41 degrees. I asked him why his cooler door was propped open and if he knew and all he said was yeah. Then he prepped my dough with bare hands and NOT washing them after getting off his phone. Unprofessional. You need to be licensed and safe serv certified to handle food in Florida. Its the law. If this guy is registered and licensed he surely doesn't show it
