This is a great location close to I-75; however there are not many restaurants at this exit besides fast food. There is a nice Mexican restaurant called La Hacienda not far the motel. The motel has undergone recent renovations and is overall clean and decent rooms.
I had to stay here for work. I've always been curious about Red Roof Inns and noticed they have been trying to improve their brand for a couple years now. I've stayed at a lot of places paying more and got a lot less. This location was extremely clean, great staff, and conveniently located. I did take a star because they don't offer a breakfast like most of the competitors. I was a little bummed by that but I will say the coffee is pretty good. I recommend this place. I would definitely stay again.
Very nice, clean and updated hotel with great staff! We had a terrible problem with an A/C unit. We spoke to the front desk at 3am. They were very empathetic and concerned. The next day when we returned to our room a new unit was in place. This is our place to stay when visiting Ocala. It's a bit of a drive to OTOW, but affordable and nice.
We stayed in the Red Roof Inn in Ocala, FL, in February for two weeks. I can't say enough good about it. It was spotless, both inside and out. The staff was friendly, helpful, and great people. We were lucky enough to get a corner room, WiFi worked easily, fridge in room, and housekeeping came every day (and we are messy). There is nothing I could suggest as an improvement. Highly recommend.
The night clerk Lloyd was very helpful,professional and welcoming. Although they welcome pets (which we love) you would not know it by the room. The room was well decorated, had a new vibe to it and smell good. Beds were very comfortable, highly recommend.
