Shout out to Rusty Blocker and the whole team at Blocker's furniture. Ocala United student ministry did a extreme home makeover from July 1 - July 10 and Blocker's furniture donated all of the furniture to furnish the family's home. This was a community project and we love the fact that a local business partnered with us to make this dream come true for the family! Thank you to Rusty and his team. Also a BIG shout out to Paul and Brian from delivery!
The personnel were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Deliveries were on time, and the products as advertised.
Absolutely worst shopping experience. The sales associates are pushy and don't return your calls. The back office is disorganized and screw up the simplest orderes then act like it's no big deal when you have to take days off from work and your shipment doest arrive. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Carol was very patient and helpful. They offer many options for customizing a dining room set that, while not cheap, were less than expected.
