I have State Farm but a guy with this company rear ended me. I've never had a harder time with ANY other company! Trying to get a straight answer or have someone call me back is a nightmare! I keep being told, "Someone will call you right back"...it's been 2wks! Finally someone I demanded to speak with said they have the info but he needs to speak to a supervisor or a colleague or something. What is going on??! I just need to know what to do next. To make things worse, I'm 8mths pregnant! This company is a joke!!
