I believe you get the point! I am not happy about my experience at all whatsoever! I like that one lady I did talk to today - PERSONALLY. It's hard to get mad at her. BUT, she is clueless. They all are when it comes to RV's. They shouldn't even sell the policies in my opinion!

15 MIN LATER.. I have to call back up and I get the first lady that did the first RV with me many months ago! Lord, it's not my day! I'd rather pull my toenails out! She hasn't faxed or e-mailed anything! She is "taking care of something else." What does that mean? My hubby is standing in the office like an idiot waiting for this document and she is doing something else?

Nice people (some) but poor service. When you want to have an RV, DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THEM. Go some place else! I am serious. I called with a new purchase right off of the lot 2014 and the gal couldn't even find how to put it into the system... It took her over 1.5 hours on the phone! I was pretty irritated, but I let it go. Fast forward to 7 months and we've upgraded to a huge coach, 1997... nothing fancy. Just a coach. I called her with all of the information, title, etc... and another employee picks up to handle the call... LOW and behold... same issues... "Can't find the make, can't find the model. Repeat this... Do this... Can you figure out this..." Mind you, she has a computer right in front of her and refuses to look anything up to make it easier on the customer! She refuses and doesn't even consider doing such. Further, she is a complete airhead like the previous employee. To make matters worse, has me make phone calls repeatedly to hubby to find out additional information that she could have easily found out with Underwriter, website, or link my husband provided to her in an e-mail. Then, she takes another customer in between all of this and leaves me hanging! FURIOUS! When I call her back for the third 27 min phone call, she might have something and might be able to get it to work... I threaten to leave and go to another company if she cannot pull it together. I will remove all of my accounts! She finally gets parts of it. Then, go to payment, she doesn't even bother to ask me if I am paying yearly or monthly, so we have to do the entire payment portion over a second time because of her lack of communication - mind you - she does nothing BUT talk on the phone! So, it's just plain useless. I am beyond annoyed! We finally get done with the second payment portion and it goes thru. She tells me she will e-mail this to my hubby who is standing at the title office right now. I tell her ASAP. HE IS STANDING THERE. DO YOU UNDERSTAND...? Yes... she tells me. Does she do it? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
