After a car accident, I spent quite a bit of time here. I underwent two surgeries, a craniotomy and reconstructive scalp surgery, about 11 days in ICU, and 6 days in a regular room. I also had to come back for multiple tests for follow-ups. Most of the nurses were very well trained and kind. We did have an issue with one nurse and they took care of our problem and did not have her continue caring for me. I'm so thankful for the trauma team and all they did for me after my accident. Most of the doctors are very patient and kind. The drivers outside are also amazing, we especially got to know Rowland and just loved him! He is very kind and knows just what to say to give a tremendous amount of encouragement. I am extremely thankful for everyone and cannot express my gratitude enough.

I will never step foot in or near that dumpster fire of a hospital ever again. If you don't want to come out worse off thgan when you went in, I'd avoid it too. From cleanliness to the staff to accounting, I have never experienced such a poor environment in health care before. I'd rate it negative if I could.

While playing softball, I sprained my ankle. It swelled up a lot, but I could walk on it. Just to be safe, I went to the local Ocala Regional Medical Ctr Emergency in Summerfield. They took an two X-Rays and then I saw a PA or someone who told me that it wasn't broken and to Rest, Ice, Compress and Elevate my ankle for several days. I paid $120 when I left and thought that was it. Within a couple weeks, I received a bill for $1,131 minus the $120 that I had already paid! I called their main office and was told that they billed $3,570 to my insurance company for an ankle sprain!!! I drove myself to the facility and back home, no ambulance, no overnight stay, nothing. My insurance refused to pay and said the amount should be $1,131, all of which I am responsible for paying. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS IT'S ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL, LIFE AND DEATH. I'll never go to them again. I spoke to my primary physician who said that had I gone to him, the total would have been a few hundred dollars vs THIRTY FIVE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY DOLLARS.

Had to go to the ER yesterday after cutting my thumb at work, I arrived and they were somewhat busy. I followed the instructions to register myself. Within a few minutes a young lady Yolanda (very awesome and pleasant) took all my vitals and rewrapped my thumb and had me wait for the doctors which did not take too long and those 4 were awesome and pleasant also. Then I waited again to get my stitches was called in the back by Kelly another awesome and pleasant nurse. Then Amy the one who stitched me back together awesome and pleasant too. My whole experience was totally pleasant and great. The staff in the ER that day were super caring. Thank you

I went in for hernia surgery in October. The nurses couldn't get the IVs started in my arms and the hospital was dark, cramped and struck me as not bein g as clean as other hospitals I have been to. Boy was I right as I got a bad infection from the surgery that is still affecting my health in an extremely bad way.

I have the best doctor ever, (Dr. Tyler Lindsey). I just got out of the military and can’t believe how much better my healthcare is, wish he was taking more clients. My mother and father need a new doctor.
