Don’t try calling them because they never answer the phone even for a simple question. I finally went into the store and found out from the sales associate that I’m not the only one that’s had to physically go to the store to ask a question because nobody picks up the phone around there so plan on visiting Sears if you have a question because he’ll never answer the phone.
This store is the perfect example why all Sears are starting to close. Stood in line for 20 minutes while one cashier was checking people out. Went over to jewelry to ask them to ring us up the old woman didn't want to ring us up and told us we had to go to men's department she had every excuse why she couldn't do it. Claimed she wasn't able to take the tags off the clothing which the products we purchased had no tags then she said she couldn't open her drawer. Really? Ok so why are you working at the jewelry counter if you can't accept the payment genius? So she tells us only the men's department can ring us out so another 20 minutes in line lovely.... The service here absolutely sucks. The store is the perfect example why Sears and Kmart are failing they do not know what customer service is......
I didn't have to wait in line as long as other stores, plus they had more stock available. The store was clean, a little low on employees, but no pressure to buy either looking for a fridge. I found the things I needed on sale for my family. Then used a sears discount coupon on my phone and the clerk had another one. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses online and saved a lot of money. The dresses were beautiful. They fit well and everyone loved them. They were shipped to the store for free and on time.
We bought a Kenmore Elite French Door refrigerator for $3,000+ from Sears which we LOVE. We love the refrigerator but the delivery was beyond awful. The 2 guys who delivered it on Monday 11-20-17 were pleasant, cooperative and hard working BUT...our huge complaint was...we were told that it would be delivered by 5:15 to accommodate the rules of the gated community we live in (No delivery trucks in the premises past dark...6PM). We emptied out our existing refrigerators (1 in the kitchen & 1 in the garage) and had all our food in coolers by 4 PM to accommodate the 5:15 delivery. When the truck didn't show up my husband drove to the guard 'shack' and talked with the guard. The guard said she'd let them come in late because it was a refrigerator but Tom was reminded of the rules of this community. The truck finally showed up at 7:50!!! The driver was also told by the guard about the rules. Our food in the coolers was losing its cool as was I. Our frozen foods had started to thaw. During the entire waiting period we had NO communication from the driver until after 7:30 and we had NO response from the sales person at Sears from 2 frantic messages that I had left. (She answered the first call but wasn't very helpful.) Today...2 days later, we still haven't heard from her...not a good way to do business. To say we are furious is an under-statement!
Do not fall for their “lease to own” on their appliances. They will talk you to death and you will end up paying double. The fine print is very fine. Just save your money and buy somewhere else.
