Got a couple of good bargains but aisles were so narrow and crowded it was hard to shop. Finally got tired of fighting to get to things so I left.
I always love going to JCPENNEY! I can always find exactly what I need so quickly!
Store revamp is very nice. Parking around store is usually much better than the rest of the mall.
I love JC Penny's but this location is so small, cluttered and needs a face light (their flooring is disgusting). Over the summer (2017) I thought they were going to be remodel the store but all they did was add a Sephora which is a slight improvement.
All 3 cashiers seemed to be miserable. Absolutely no personality, no smile, no nothing. On a brighter note, my online order I picked up was perfect!
