I called to book a trip to Australia. They told me to call one of their employees who works from home named Carra So I did. After speaking with for couple of minutes of getting insulted by giving me the speech as to why I waited so long to book a trip (three months out) and how you can’t do that plus a bunch of other rude things I thanked her for her time and I hung up the phone. I’ll be sure NEVER to call them again. Lesson learned. One of the rudest person I’ve ever met. Ownership needs to know.
