Ive been coming here for the past 3 years and recently I have noticed the employees that were very friendly and helpful are no longer there for what ever the reason may be, but the new employees seem to not care. They don't go out of the way to help or even ask you if you need anything. Very disappointing being as I loved going there for my 4 legged babies needs

Just thought I'd stop in here while I waited for carry out at a near by restaurant... I will say I was a bit concerned at how "not clean" a lot of stuff was. In particular, the bird area looked like it could use quite a bit of attention. I also felt that the birds ( the conures) looked a bit stressed out. Their cages were WAY dirty, I'm talking more than just the days worth of use. I did purchase two toys for my dogs that were on sale. But to be honest, not my favorite store. I'd pick their competition 9 out of 10 times. This was the first time I've been in the Ocala location.
Very good, good selection, has everything you need. Saltwater and freshwater fish. Plants, ornaments, and also saltwater itself. I recommend it.
I love Petco! Been shopping here for all my pet needs since they opened. Convenient, nice selection of goods for all your pet needs. My parrot, pup and bunny get all the healthiest brands as their diet. Thanks Petco!
