I pay quarterly for over a year. I was out of town on the first and made payment for 4 months when I got back about 7 days late they charged me 15.00 and they locked me out of my storage took my payment didn't email me an invoice and locked me out of my storage on a weekend. I needed to get in on a saturday after hours and now I have to wait until monday they have not got the right to lock out a customer who has paid. Don't rent space here. I will be looking for a new storage place.
