Tuesday evening around 7PM I was leaving the Gym after my workout and realized I did not have my Car Keys,I know I had them when I entered the Gym but I could not find them. Every Staff Member stopped what they were doing and started searching for my Keys,they checked everything,even went out to my Car with a Flashlight looking on the ground,went through the Laundry,Lockers,Bathrooms etc. The Keys were finally found in the Group fitness Room.The Staff at the Ranch is always friendly and helpful all the time but I was still surprised at how each of them cared so much and went out of their way to help me. I went there for my birthday yesterday, and it was such a great experience. It was my first time there, and I received a Swedish massage and a mani/pedi. The attendants were so nice and helpful, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I never wanted to leave. For the price, you are getting what you deserve, and beyond. Please go here before going anywhere else.
