Almost every time I visit they don't have adequate supplies for customers. This time it was almost all the soft drinks were out, no forks, and horrible tasting sweet tea which lacked sugar. Too many inconveniences I'll go to lunch elsewhere.
This place has gone down steadily in quality and cleanliness along with portion size. Manager seems unconnected with chipotles core mission statement when it comes to quality and customer care. Other managers at location seem scared for their jobs and of her. Just a observation. Men's room usually smells of urine when I go in.
The workers were stingy with the toppings. I asked for double meat just so it was a normal serving. Unfortunately for me, the Barbacoa was soaking in water, so when it got to my bowl it was flavorless and gross. Go somewhere else, especially if you're familiar with Chipotles standards, you will be disappointed here.
Good staff and good food, always a little pricey.
I never had any problems? When I get there there's always a line regardless! I tell them what I want with no problems? They r always polite and professional?
