This is one of the neighborhood Post Offices that doesn't close in the middle of the day. I love that.
HORRIBLE service. They keep the phone off the hook so you can't even call them! I paid for Priority Mail service for a package to be delivered to my son and it's been over a week. They never tried to redeliver to the CORRECT address nor has it been returned to me! USPS tracking hasn't updated from a week ago. I don't even know where the package is at this point!! Ridiculous!!
horrible is not even enough of a word to describe how awful this post office is. When i say they never get my packages right believe me they never do. I just today was expecting a package from justice girls and as expected like every time they say they put a notice in my mailbox and no notice was there. I know for a fact they delivered that notice to another house as they always do.. ive gotten packages with holes in it im assuming whom ever is getting my packages before i do is poking holes to check what is inside smdh. Can you lazy people ever get anything right. You all in there from front desk to package delivery ppl suck in a major way. I wish we could replace each and everyone of you with actual people who care about your packages and mail. GOD knows what i will have to go thru as i have time and time again to get my package now... now i have to wait on hold with the 800 number because of course they post office is closed.. wasting my time everytime i order.. where are the real managers .. is there any place we can complain except the stupid 800 number.. this is getting to be ridiculous .. the things i want to say i cant on here but let me tell u it has a lot of curse words in it .... HAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEE THIS POST OFFICE WITH SUCH A PASSION
First of all, the phone stays busy. Secondly, I just relocated back here and had my mail transferred. I've received mortgage payment notices and packages from UPS but the USPS can't deliver my package or my forwarded mail!!?? Suddenly they can't find my address to deliver my package! I saw many of the same complaints about this location for years now. What can be done about this place?
Three different times my packages been send back saying wrong Adress. Very disappointed with postal services.
